Blog Post with a Vengeance

What up gangsta thugs?!?!?!?!! This is my first blog post in like 100,000,000 years, and things haven't really changed a whole lot. One thing that has changed significantly are my hopes and dreams for the Mets this season. At the beginning of the season, I figured that they would probably go 70-92 again, and I would be suicidal at season's end. However, they've actually shown that they can be a pretty good team; I'm not saying they're going to win the World Series, but maybe a Wild Card berth? One can only hope. Oh yeah, and they kicked the Braves' ass tonight. Suck that, David.

While I'm on the topic of baseball, I'm planning on running to Phoenix and kicking every Diamondbacks blowpen (I mean, bullpen) pitcher right in the crotch. Seriously, I just googled "bad bullpens MLB" and the third result was...drumroll...this. It just says Arizona Diamondbacks. This is my life right now, I guess. Hopefully they'll stop having to depend on Aaron Heilwoman and Bad Qualls (see what I did there? I changed Aaron Heilman to Heilwoman and Chad Qualls to Bad Qualls...I'm so hilarious).

But baseball could be a lot worse right now. I could be a Braves fan. HAHAHA LLLOOOLLL.

Another good thing about today: I actually went the whole day without singing or listening to Green Day. Honestly, that's the first time since their last album came out almost a year ago. I can't decide if that means I'm lame or they're really good, since they haven't gotten old to me since then. Maybe it's both.

A few quick thoughts before I go:

School zones, especially the ones in front of Carey Ridge Elementary and Westfield High School, are pointless.

Go Thunder, go Suns, and go Cavs, and the Lakers and Spurs can suck it.

I don't care about the NHL Playoffs, but go Avalanche and Penguins, and the Red Wings can go to hell. No particular reason for that, I just don't really like Detroit. Except that Detroit spawned this beautiful song. And the movie that it's in is really good too.

I've never heard of anybody that the Steelers drafted, but anybody named Maurkice Pouncey is welcome on my team. Maybe he can kick Big Ben's ass after he has anonymous sex in a bathroom again.

Oh, and the title of this particular entry deserves a little explanation. There's a movie called Die Hard with a Vengeance, which is a hilarious name. I say "I'm back...with a vengeance" quite a bit, because I find it funny. I combined the too, added my own personal flair to it, and got the title. I'm so weird, I know.

Well I have a stupid practice in the morning, so I should probably go to bed now. Good night one and all, especially Hayley Williams.
